Taekwondo Craigieburn — Kids & Teens Classes with a 7th Dan Master

Progress Martial Arts is a Taekwondo Craigieburn academy at its core — every program is built on genuine Taekwondo fundamentals, taught by one of the youngest 7th Degree Black Belt Masters in Australia.

Kukkiwon-Certified Taekwondo Instruction

Master Kenny began Taekwondo at age 2 and now holds a 7th Degree Black Belt with 31 years of experience — certified by Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters, and holding international coaching accreditation with World Taekwondo. He has represented Australia internationally and coached numerous state, national and international champions.

Taekwondo Classes for Every Age

Mini Rangers — Ages 3-7

Motor skills, listening, social confidence and coordination in a fun, high-energy Craigieburn martial arts class built specifically for preschool and early primary-aged children.

Martial Rangers — Ages 8-15

Practical self-defence, Taekwondo/Karate technique, discipline and leadership for older kids and teens, with belt-ranking assessed every 3 months.

While rooted in traditional Taekwondo forms, sparring fundamentals and belt progression, our program also wisely incorporates realistic techniques from Karate, Kung Fu, Boxing, Kickboxing and Hapkido — giving kids and teens practical, well-rounded skills rather than sport-only technique.

Belt Progression

Students begin as white belts and are assessed on belt-specific techniques every 3 months, with difficulty increasing at each new rank — a clear, motivating path toward black belt.
